I came across Matt Gagnon’s work on a visit to The Future Perfect. The screen, pictured above, was in the shop’s basement, along with a lot of other cool stuff. However, this caught my eye the most. Gagnon has a prestigious architecture background, and it appears that his furniture design has been influenced by this discipline. His other work can be seen at www.mattstudio.com and there is an impressive breadth of work there. Below is a TreeHugger interview of him. I’m assuming that he will be showing at bklyndesigns this May.
